About the role

  • Promote improvements in organizational processes through the application of various organizational methodologies, such as BPM (Business Process Management), projects, Quality, UX, Design Thinking, among others, to provide inputs and tools for decision-making and process automation.
  • Create diagrams using process architecture, empathy maps, journey mapping, flowcharts, BPMN, and other tools to represent organizational processes and proposed improvements.
  • Conduct interviews to map and diagnose processes, and identify the elements that compose the user journey (customer or employee) and their relationships with the process for the implementation of methodologies and tools.
  • Prepare reports and business indicators, outcome and trend metrics for processes, and perform performance monitoring to support areas in improving organizational processes.
  • Work together with the educational team to build personas using statistical data to generate information that supports process improvements.
  • Participate in team training on implemented improvements and attend meetings with various stakeholders to contribute to knowledge management and the automation of organizational processes.
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative research with users/consumers within the scope of the role, using statistical data to generate information that supports management decision-making.
  • Work on projects and processes with greater complexity and shorter deadlines, identifying impacts and opportunities to drive continuous improvement of operational flows and the measurement of data.
  • Act as a change agent and promoter of the operational model, ensuring that processes are aligned with the business model adopted by Grupo UBEC and contribute to the defined strategic drivers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Process Technology (Technologist), plus postgraduate studies or MBA in progress in areas related to the role.
