About the role

  • Coordinate the activities of the Communications and Marketing department, managing the team in conjunction with Management.
  • Monitor deliverables, define responsibilities and assignments, and structure the tactical operation of the department's processes and projects.
  • Be responsible for integrated communication and the care of Grupo UBEC's brand.
  • Manage the creation and implementation of strategic plans for institutional communication, marketing and press relations.
  • Develop and monitor strategies for internal and external communication channels.
  • Conduct research and analyses of the education market, monitoring trends and consumer behavior.
  • Be responsible for content management and channel matrix, as well as for the development and approval of advertising campaigns.
  • Manage the department budget, evaluate vendor proposals and approve estimates.
  • Monitor the implementation, performance and results of communication and marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing or related fields + completed Postgraduate degree or MBA + technical development courses in areas related to the role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies (SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of predictive data analysis, metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with data analysis tools, CRM, marketing automation and content management platforms.
  • Knowledge of predictive analytics tools applied to marketing and communication campaigns.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of institutional communication, organizational culture and branding.
  • Basic understanding of data protection legislation (LGPD) as applied to communication and marketing.
  • Ability to produce institutional copy, including use of inclusive language and accessible communication.
