About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary liaison between the business and IT.
Lead business users, IT project teams, and external partners to drive decision making and define requirements for application development.
Ensure that business needs are being met, defining and negotiating project scope.
Create documentation of business requirements which guide application development efforts.
Work closely with the business team, development team and quality assurance team to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
Collaborate with IT and business partners to resolve issues.
Perform customized analyses of business and IS needs with an understanding of applicable applications systems, existing and future business processes, and pharmacy industry requirements.
Perform analysis of compliance vulnerabilities; work with IT and Business teams to eliminate vulnerabilities, support internal and external audit related activities.
Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or 6 – 10 years of equivalent work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically
Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross functional teams
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
Working knowledge of Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel, Visio and Project)
Working experience of Azure DevOps, JIRA is highly desired
