About the role

  • Oversee an assigned geographic area with autonomy.
  • Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the allied healthcare sector.
  • Use market insights and CRM data to identify high-potential employer partnerships and create meaningful employment opportunities for graduates.
  • Proactively engage potential employer partners through cold calling and effectively utilize the internal lead management system to expand the employer network.
  • Develop and grow new and existing relationships within the healthcare industry to proactively identify future job opportunities for graduates.
  • Align graduates with well-qualified allied healthcare job opportunities and maintain relationships with employer partners to ensure actionable pre- and post-interview feedback is captured to best assist graduates with getting hired.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of graduate interactions, employer engagements, job orders, interview outcomes, and successful placements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics, including call volume, interviews, hires, and monthly placement goals.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in business-to-business sales, business development, employment staffing, career services, or another related field.
  • Demonstrated strengths in results-driven performance, interpersonal communication, relationship building, and effective time management.
  • Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
