About the role

  • Join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager.
  • Must be adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines.
  • Identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract with an understanding of contracting within closed networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience contracting experience a must.
  • Contracting experience includes Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business.
  • Prefer experience & established relationships with payors.
  • Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred.
  • Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies.
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details.
  • Can multi-task to very unusual levels.
  • Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
