Key responsibilities & impact

Join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager.
Must be adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines.
Identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract with an understanding of contracting within closed networks.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience contracting experience a must.
Contracting experience includes Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business.
Prefer experience & established relationships with payors.
Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred.
Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies.
Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus.
Effective project management skills.
Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details.
Can multi-task to very unusual levels.
Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required.
