Systems Engineer

• Troubleshoot and resolve various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure.
• Perform build, configuration, and implementation of server infrastructure both virtual and physical.
• Take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends to improve the overall dependability of the environment and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements
• Maintain and support production environments consisting of Microsoft Windows Server and VMWare
• Write scripts and procedures for daily operations.
• Provide WAN/LAN/MAN support for multi-vendor environments, connectivity and configuration management, soft/firmware management.
• Provide VoIP support, including network configuration, QoS and CoS classifications.
• Provide remote access support for F5 load balancing infrastructure, to include: F5 LTM, GTM, APM and VMware Horizon Integration.
