Analyze, document, troubleshoot, and test web sites and/or transactional applications.
Develop comprehensive test strategies and write test cases that will thoroughly evaluate and test functionality, regression, performance, usability and security of web applications.
Identify and document bugs or errors and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
Implement both manual and automated testing methods.
Assist with collecting and documenting system processes and business rules to ensure test cases align with business requirements.
Work closely with software developers to ensure understanding of and adherence to requirements.
Support 508 compliance testing.
Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Experience conducting quality assurance and software testing for IT web applications required.
Experience providing requirements gathering/analysis for IT applications required.
Manual and automated testing experience required.
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
Experience testing applications built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) highly desired.
PostgreSQL or Oracle database experience preferred.
Experience with GitLab highly desired.
Experience with Playwright a plus.
Basic programming understanding is a plus.
