About the role

  • Monitor payment product KPIs, analyze transaction data for trends, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify root causes of processing issues or bugs
  • Work with development teams, vendors, manufacturers and other partners to maintain product functions and growth
  • Work with Accounting for product budget questions and creating fiscal product reports
  • Identify Process/efficiency improvement methods, and work with PAI development teams or departments to implement changes
  • Define growth strategies for each product, and work with the Product Development team to approve and implement new strategies
  • Perform management tasks and daily routines to ensure products perform as expected

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years college education preferred
  • 2 years minimum experience within the financial services industry is preferred
  • 2 years minimum program managing experience; product development related fields are a plus
  • 4 years customer-service experience in a professional work environment
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary
  • A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated
  • Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required
  • The candidate must be able to pass any required background and social media checks
  • The candidate must be able to maintain complete confidentiality of any information he/she encounters
