Serve as key contact and primary back-up to Treasury Management Consultants for complex corporate account relationships
Assist with selling treasury management solutions and manage overall sales process
Analyze multiple resources to understand customer needs and desired output
Manage all pricing functions and new pricing requests; compile and analyze pricing information and lead client discussions on less complex pricing requests
Assist in reviewing and preparing RFP/proposal content and client responses; co-lead process with TMC where applicable
Facilitate and manage deal development by collecting, inputting and monitoring client data through deal lifecycle
Create and update pipeline opportunities in sales tool and maintain accurate client information
Prepare documentation to support pre-sale activities and assist with implementation process when applicable
Identify revenue generating opportunities by analyzing data and may work independently on small projects
Provide feedback to Sales, Product and Operations regarding product success/deficiencies and participate in key relationship reviews
Ensure compliance with ethics, AML, BSA, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency of all Treasury Management products, systems, processes and understanding of customer use
Excellent professional communication and written presentation skills
Strong critical thinking, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions with limited supervision
High level of technological ability, especially Microsoft Office applications
Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements
Ability to follow account opening procedures and internal suspicious activity referral processes
Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, background checks, and potential registrations (FINRA, NMLS, Reg Z, OFAC, etc.)
