About the role

  • Drive the adoption and success of embedded payments partnerships.
  • Establish and deepen strategic relationships with leading technology platforms, ERPs, ISVs and payment providers.
  • Advance Elavon's strategy of seamlessly integrating payment acceptance into the wider ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with various groups in a cross-collaboration environment to deliver projects that enable embedded payment partnership success.
  • Lead prioritization of business priorities with product teams, ensuring timely execution.
  • Develop and implement embedded finance strategies with US Bank solutions globally
  • Produce thought strategies, prototypes and frameworks for new partnerships and develop industry insights.

Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
  • Program and Project Management: strong organizational skills enabling the ability to plan, prioritize, and break down complex projects into actionable tasks
  • Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with payment technologies, APIs, and integration processes. Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Use of AI tools: Understand effective ways to saving time on analysis, efficiency in prototype development and demonstrating productivity gains across all areas of the role.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and grow complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic Insight Development: master storyteller with the ability to translate and deliver complex topics into clear, compelling stories that resonate with target audiences
  • Agility & Innovation: Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving and highly adaptive environments.
  • Highly detail oriented: Consistently ensures accuracy and completeness in all deliverables, maintaining high quality standards
  • 8-10 years of experience in program and project management, partnerships in the payments industry.
  • Experience with embedded finance or embedded payment solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
