💰 $23 - $30 per hour

About the role

  • Serve as primary, daily contact between Wealth Management, Trust, Banking, or Investment clients and U.S. Bank
  • Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution
  • Escalate items beyond specified authority to assigned Private Wealth Management Advisor or respective specialist
  • Identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction
  • Develop working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact

Requirements

  • Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience, OR
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
  • Sufficient understanding of departmental procedures and systems to operate with very limited supervision
