💰 $23 - $30 per hour
About the role
- Serve as primary, daily contact between Wealth Management, Trust, Banking, or Investment clients and U.S. Bank
- Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution
- Escalate items beyond specified authority to assigned Private Wealth Management Advisor or respective specialist
- Identify potential problems, compliance issues, or fraud to maximize client satisfaction
- Develop working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact
Requirements
- Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience, OR
- Five or more years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven customer service and problem resolution skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
- Sufficient understanding of departmental procedures and systems to operate with very limited supervision
