About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership at assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Manage non-credit risk across the customer portfolio to maintain compliance and mitigate exposure
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities to increase spend volume and revenue
  • Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling of bank products and services
  • Monitor profitability and implement strategies to enhance financial performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Seven to ten years of relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and consultative sales within the freight or logistics industries
  • Strong understanding of financial products, risk management principles, and their application to client solutions
  • Proven sales, business development, and relationship‑expansion capabilities with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
  • Broad knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to leverage offerings to deepen client relationships and drive revenue
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess client needs and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve business objectives
