About the role
- Oversee the development, pricing and implementation of the Business Savings & Money Market Account strategies
- Manage short- and long-term outcomes of rate pricing impacts on the business deposits product portfolio
- Influences pricing decisions, product offerings, and end-to-end product management
- Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on product performance metrics
- Engage with enabling functions to position and promote supported and planned strategy
- Identify initial and ongoing business savings & MMA pricing use cases
Requirements
- Product Management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
- Advanced product management or similar experience
- Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Background in fostering an environment of innovation and customer centricity, institutionalizing agile innovation practices, and a customer insight to action culture
- Experience with Business Banking user base
- Experience in a high-pressure matrixed environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in liquidity management and pricing, financial analysis
- Experience in Deposit pricing
