About the role

  • Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need
  • Provide the best possible counsel to clients based on trust
  • Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
  • Obtain and process customer and account information
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs
  • Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and open and/or close the branch

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years minimum experience in customer service and sales
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
  • Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients
  • Basic knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
  • Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
