About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for quality assurance and testing across Card Technology.
- Ensure seamless operation of software components and meet quality standards.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of software engineers, test engineers, and automation specialists.
- Provide architectural guidance for testing frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Build relationships with engineering, platform, product, and business stakeholders.
- Establish high engineering standards for testing architecture and documentation.
- Represent the testing function in strategic planning and leadership forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant software engineering experience
- Five or more years of experience leading a software engineering team
