About the role

  • Manage and deliver a broad portfolio of Direct Sales initiatives and projects , ensuring priorities are executed on time
  • Support day‑to‑day sales operations , resolving issues and acting as a point of coordination for sales leaders
  • Lead and continuously improve new‑hire onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs
  • Deliver training across Direct sales skills, Salesforce adoption, USB solutions, and rules of engagement
  • Partner closely with Marketing to support campaign execution, lead‑generation tracking, associations, and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo)
  • Represent the Direct Sales team on internal cross‑functional calls related to customer impact, pricing actions, and communications
  • Drive process improvement to better align Direct Sales with CAM retention teams and USB bankers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a sales, operations, or go‑to‑market environment
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action
  • Experience delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced project management expertise preferred
