About the role
- Responsible for the acquisition, expansion and retention of new Payment business
- Contact existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on business cash conversion cycle
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and structure of accounts
- Conduct receivables and payables business operating cycle analyses
- Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients
- Provide product/service recommendations for process efficiencies
- Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize client experience
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals
- Assist in structuring and overseeing implementation of new or modified Payment services
- Build relationships in the community and engage with local organizations
- Identify business development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of related experience
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with Treasury Management and Payments solutions, including ACH, wires, fraud mitigation tools, remote deposit capture, merchant services, and embedded payment platforms
- Well-developed sales and new business development skills
- Strong client service and relationship skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and tools such as SinglePoint, Salesforce, and other client onboarding systems
