About the role

  • Responsible for the acquisition, expansion and retention of new Payment business
  • Contact existing and prospective clients to provide consultative advice on business cash conversion cycle
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure proper servicing and structure of accounts
  • Conduct receivables and payables business operating cycle analyses
  • Provide consultative and insightful feedback to clients
  • Provide product/service recommendations for process efficiencies
  • Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize client experience
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals
  • Assist in structuring and overseeing implementation of new or modified Payment services
  • Build relationships in the community and engage with local organizations
  • Identify business development opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of related experience
  • Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with Treasury Management and Payments solutions, including ACH, wires, fraud mitigation tools, remote deposit capture, merchant services, and embedded payment platforms
  • Well-developed sales and new business development skills
  • Strong client service and relationship skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms and tools such as SinglePoint, Salesforce, and other client onboarding systems

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently
