About the role
- Translate customer research (CX) requirements into Qualtrics platform
- Program, build and test surveys, email templates, dashboards, and reports from the feedback platform
- Build workflows to automate tasks
- Collaborate with researchers and insight consultants in programming surveys
- Work with data/technology representatives in ensuring data and lists used are clean and complete
- Build ticketing protocols that will facilitate closed loop
- Manage the samples for each of these programs and ensure that automation is built to support a robust feedback platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management activities
- Advanced experience using Qualtrics is a must
- Considered a plus: Qualtrics CX certification
- Experience with Directories, APIs and Qualtrics workflows
- Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
