💰 $149,515 - $175,900 per year

About the role

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret business data using various techniques
  • Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy
  • Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive the product roadmap leveraging OKRs
  • Create the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology, and risk partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Working knowledge of interest rates for both credit and liquidity solutions
  • Expertise on critical interdependencies among product model system elements
  • Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs
  • Strong customer centricity to implement strategies and techniques for positive customer experiences
  • Strong knowledge of loan and/or deposit pricing
  • Understanding key profitability metrics (return on equity, etc.)
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of software products
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working
