About the role
- Develop motion graphics and animations for digital signage, social media, advertising, sponsorships, stadium graphics, branch signage, stage backgrounds, and client communications.
- Produce original videos, AI-generated videos, and animated assets that align with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative video campaigns and multifaceted campaign assets.
- Ensure all video content is on-brand and supports the strategic growth of the business.
- Strive to create award-winning creative work that stands out in the industry.
- Utilize modern techniques and AI tools to improve efficiency, speed to market, and the quality of work.
- Work closely with other team members, including designers, writers, and project managers, to ensure cohesive and impactful video content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion graphics, Visual Arts or Graphic Design certificate, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of experience in motion graphics and animation

- Experience with 3D animation and video production.
- Knowledge of social media video trends and best practices.
- Experience working in an agency-like structure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with AI tools like Adobe Firefly a plus
- Creative Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and 2D/3D animation work.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Ai generated video is a big plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
