Repair U-Haul equipment using appropriate tools and U-Haul standards
Follow work-order directions
Perform work in a timely manner
Determine causes of operating errors and decide corrective actions
Use proprietary technology to assess and care for field vehicles

Complete continued U-Haul equipment education
Assist in additional areas as necessary under supervisor direction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Familiarity with diagnostic tools
Understanding of automotive/trailer mechanics
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
Willingness to complete continued U-Haul equipment education
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Ability to reposition to reach and use tools
Ability to move a minimum of 50 lbs., assisted or unassisted
Ability to use protective clothing or gear around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals
U-Haul will not hire or re-hire individuals who use nicotine products in applicable listed states
