Real Estate Analyst, Construction
U-HaulReal Estate and Construction Analyst managing data for U-Haul's property acquisitions and construction progress. Reporting on status and communicating with project representatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and interpret data for status of land use, permitting, and building construction
- Provide reporting by category, status, and progress of each property
- Maintain data base of all properties and projects
- Communicate with construction owner’s representatives to gather current information of project status and schedules
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent work experience
- Advanced level Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Microsoft Power BI intermediate to advanced skill level
- Smartsheet platform experience
- Knowledge of real estate and construction management
- Proficient accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
