About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with calls from and to customers.
Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status.
Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
Bilingual
