About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate content from English to Spanish (Latin America dialect), for websites, apps, internal publications, legal documents, educational programs, marketing campaigns.
- Ensure translations are as close as possible to the original English version.
- Occasionally assist various departments as an interpreter during conference calls or virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with Translation Team members to keep messaging cohesive across all platforms.
- Use translation tools like DeepL Pro, MotionPoint and Rev.com to help streamline your workflow.
- Stay up to date on linguistic standards and regional nuances in Spanish (Latin America dialect).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written and spoken fluency in both English and Spanish (Latin America dialect)—bonus if Spanish is your native language.
- A sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of grammar, structure, and tone in both languages.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Comfort with using software and digital platforms—familiarity with Cypher Learning or Articulate 360 is a plus.
- A degree in Spanish, Translation or a related field is not required, but is preferred.
