About the role

  • Guide customers on their moving journeys, matching customer needs to applicable products and services.
  • Evaluate customer needs and ask for the business to follow the sales process.
  • Increase earning potential through successful sales.
  • Commit to and work 40 hours per week, including at least one 8-hour shift on a weekend day per week.
  • Availability to work on holidays to provide continuous support for customers year-round.
  • Maintain a private, quiet workspace while working from home, adhering to technical requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear, articulate speaking voice, strong verbal communication, and a keen ability to actively listen.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and efficiently navigate various business software applications.
  • Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration.
