About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process: from writing job postings and reviewing applications to coordinating interviews
- You will actively shape the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure a successful introduction
- You will support online marketing, create creative content for various social media channels and contribute your own ideas
- You will join brief team meetings and work closely with different departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are studying Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field — ideally with a focus on HR or Personnel Management
- You are communicative, enjoy working with people and have a good sense of their needs
- You are self-motivated, structured and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations
- You enjoy tackling new challenges and finding creative solutions
- You have very good German and good English language skills
