Key responsibilities & impact

Support a critical Secure Communications growth initiative
Manage the Secure Communications Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
Engage with corporate and functional support teams to drive initiatives
Create and update weekly and monthly reports on status and initiatives
Assist in planning and executing core certification program initiatives
Track and monitor the status of accreditation initiatives
Support team member’s professional development and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Federal and commercial/civilian program and contract experience
Experience developing, managing, and enhancing efficiencies within project and program teams
Strong understanding of compliance requirements
Experience working within electronic suites (such as Deltek’s Costpoint suite, Jira, Microsoft SharePoint)
Experience leading teams through strategy, process, and initiative planning sessions
Highly effective communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
