About the role
- Lead product design for the Integrations domain across the Apps and Integrations catalog, Connect Panel, Alloy powered integrations, and webhook entry points
- Design intuitive experiences that help customers discover, connect, and manage integrations with ease
- Drive deeper adoption and usage of integrations across the Typeform ecosystem
- Contribute to retention and expansion for customers who rely on integrations to automate important workflows
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction and define the best user experience
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, simple product experiences
- Contribute to the long term design vision for integrations in line with our Platform and Intelligence strategy
- Lead design work from discovery through execution, including research, prototyping, and final delivery
- Work within and contribute to Typeform’s design system to ensure consistent product experiences
- Present design work clearly and confidently to cross functional partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital product design
- Strong experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders
- Confidence leading the full design process from discovery to delivery
- Experience designing SaaS products, ideally tools used by marketers or growth teams
- Ability to translate complex product problems into simple and intuitive user experiences
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into design decisions
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design thinking clearly
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adapting your approach as priorities evolve
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful product thinking and well crafted user experiences
- Fluent in English.
