Provide high-level administrative support to multiple GTM leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
Coordinate scheduling across time zones for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
Prepare, edit, and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
Plan and execute team meetings, QBRs, offsites, and company-wide events—including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-up actions.
Act as a liaison and communication point between GTM leaders, internal teams, customers, and the Office of the CEO to ensure clear alignment and execution.
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Provide general office support, including supply coordination, space planning, and document management, to ensure a productive work environment.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, ideally supporting commercial or revenue-facing executives.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Outlook calendar management tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
