About the role
- Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Loyalty & Rewards.
- Design and build experiences that use gamification, incentives, and behavioural insights to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate across Business, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to take ideas from concept through to launch and iteration.
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs, lead sprints, and ensure continuous delivery of high-impact features.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product success and inform decisions.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure loyalty mechanics are relevant, localised, and differentiated.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in digital consumer products.
- Exposure to gaming, gamified systems, or high-frequency digital platforms that rely on reward loops, streaks, levels, or engagement triggers.
- Strong grasp of loyalty mechanics, customer motivation, and behavioural design.
- Experience applying behavioural psychology or behavioural economics principles to product development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, and agile environments.
- Background in game design, consumer psychology, or high-engagement digital products (nice-to-have).
- Experience in financial services, especially in emerging markets (nice-to-have).
- Technical fluency and familiarity with agile engineering teams (nice-to-have).
- Experience in product analytics, growth, or strategy consulting (nice-to-have).
- Certifications in Scrum, Agile, or related disciplines (nice-to-have).
