  • Lead the design, coordination, and management of Public Health systems for diverse building projects
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering / Building Services Engineering / or other relevant design & engineering degree
  • Professional Engineer (CEng or equivalent)
  • Technically competent: Building Regulations, CDM, British Standards, best practices on BSRIA and CIBSE guidance
  • Desired knowledge of Healthcare Technical Memorandums, FPA/ LPC Sprinkler Rules, Heat Networks Technical Assurance Scheme (HNTAS)
  • Construction Process Aware
  • Good Communicator
  • Achieved or on route to CIBSE, SoPHE, or IMechE CEng status
  • Current experience with Bluebeam Review, Navisworks, REVIT, Microsoft Office suites
  • Project Management experience desired
