About the role
- Lead the design, coordination, and management of Public Health systems for diverse building projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage project timelines
- Mentor junior engineers
- Serve as a key technical lead
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical engineering / Building Services Engineering / or other relevant design & engineering degree
- Professional Engineer (CEng or equivalent)
- Technically competent: Building Regulations, CDM, British Standards, best practices on BSRIA and CIBSE guidance
- Desired knowledge of Healthcare Technical Memorandums, FPA/ LPC Sprinkler Rules, Heat Networks Technical Assurance Scheme (HNTAS)
- Construction Process Aware
- Good Communicator
- Achieved or on route to CIBSE, SoPHE, or IMechE CEng status
- Current experience with Bluebeam Review, Navisworks, REVIT, Microsoft Office suites
- Project Management experience desired
