About the role
- support the design and implementation of innovative water, wastewater, and climate resiliency infrastructure projects
- manage the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects
- preparation of design and construction documents for wastewater and water facilities
- review of engineering designs, bid packages, RFPs, and Statements of Work
- actively engage in business development and growth opportunities
Requirements
- minimum of a B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is preferred
- minimum 10+ years’ experience in water and wastewater design/engineering
- demonstrated experience developing designs and construction contract documents for complex infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure, or working towards licensure, preferred
- strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
- demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team
