About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate delivery across 2–3 Agile teams by tracking sprints, releases, blockers, dependencies, and Release Train activity
Keep delivery visible and on track, following up on issues before they become major problems
Maintain Jira and Confluence and prepare regular reporting on progress, risks, and release readiness
Analyze delivery data to identify slowdowns and recurring risks
Test delivery improvements with teams and verify whether they work
Serve as a point of contact for Product, Engineering, and Commercial regarding delivery status and risks
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
Monitor CI/CD failures and technical issues that could disrupt delivery, escalating them early
Use AI tools for reporting, pattern detection, and reducing repetitive work
Work alongside the Head of Agile Delivery and communicate status, risks, and expectations clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree or equivalent in Business, Computing, Project Management, or Data/Analytics, or a relevant Agile/Scrum/delivery certification
Hands-on experience in an Agile software delivery team using Scrum and Kanban
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Understanding of software delivery, including sprints, releases, Release Trains, and delivery risks
Ability to work with delivery data, identify patterns and causes, and evaluate whether fixes worked
Clear, confident communication across Product, Engineering, QA, and Commercial
Good judgement about when to solve issues, escalate, or constructively challenge
Organized and detail-oriented, with follow-through and curiosity
Comfortable using AI tools
Experience working across multiple teams is nice to have
