We are seeking a results-driven Consultant, ERP who will play a critical, hands-on role in leading and executing client implementations within the ERP team.
This role is responsible for end-to-end ERP implementation, system configuration, client training, and ongoing support, while also owning project tracking, deliverables, and deadlines.
By combining technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong client communication, this consultant ensures that projects are executed successfully and deliver measurable value to clients.
The Consultant, ERP will also contribute to solution design, process optimization, and revenue growth through client relationship management and business development support.
A portion of your role will involve billable client work, including direct client interactions, where you will leverage your accounting and advisory expertise to deliver services and will be expected to meet defined utilization and project delivery targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
This position will report to the Team Manager(s), ERP. This position can be located in either our office in Cape Town, Durban, or the ability to work remotely in the Gauteng province with ability to travel to the Cape Town office as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ experience in ERP implementations, with direct configuration and delivery responsibility or related professional services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or in lieu of degree 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in ERP systems and compliance processes.
3+ years of Intacct experience
3+ years working in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment.
Experience in managing teams, developing training programs, and optimizing workforce productivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
