• Perform daily execution of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to generate purchase requisitions and ensure material availability for production schedules.
• Convert requisitions into POs, send to vendors, and manage the full cycle through to receipt and 3-way invoice matching.
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers to track open orders, expedite critical shortages, and resolve lead-time or quality discrepancies (SCARs).
• Lead physical inventory accuracy initiatives, including the coordination of cycle counts, root-cause analysis of variances, and management of the RMA/Return-to-Vendor (RTV) process.
• Manage Material Master data, including Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy, safety stock levels, and correct lead-time offsets.
