About the role
- TXI is looking for a Senior Product Designer who grounds innovation in humanity.
- Building the right thing is often harder than building it right. More than 80% of digital innovations fail because they’re not trying to solve real user needs. - This role will commence as a 6-month contract with the intention of converting to a full-time position, contingent upon mutual fit.

Requirements
- We’re seeking a designer with:
- Deep experience in product design and research, including leading discovery and usability testing.
- A track record of collaborating with and mentoring other designers.
- Comfort balancing beautiful design with practical, user-validated outcomes.
- Curiosity, flexibility, and an earnest approach to solving problems through research, strategy, and technology.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools, especially Figma.
