Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor the monthly recurring billing for the customer base, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Perform the initial billing for new customers according to rules and data defined in internal systems.
Manage billing exceptions, addressing contractual and operational particularities for each client.
Handle service contract management, including creation, review, updating and standardization.
Control and organize the repository of signed contracts, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Apply subscription price adjustments according to contractual rules (monthly and annual).
Monitor and execute contract renewal processes.
Configure customer plans, access rights and environments in internal systems.
Manage access blocks and unblocks due to delinquency or internal requests.
Monitor accounts receivable, tracking outstanding items and cash collection flow.
Manage delinquency control, conducting collections and negotiations with clients.
Extend payment slips (boletos) in accordance with agreed arrangements.
Generate and send remittance files to the bank for registration of collections.
Support receivables reconciliation, ensuring correct financial clearing.
Manage payments and subscriptions via digital platforms (e.g., PayPal).
Verify the active customer base in coordination with support teams.
Monitor billing and subscription KPIs, contributing analyses and improvements.
Support the month-end accounting close, ensuring consistency of fiscal and financial data.
Manage tax withholdings in accordance with applicable rules.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reside in Joinville, SC.
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Experience with billing, accounts receivable or financial procedures.
Experience in contract management, collections and financial reconciliations.
Knowledge of financial management systems (ERP) and control tools.
Experience with recurring billing or subscription models is a plus.
Basic knowledge of tax withholdings and accounting routines.
Strong analytical skills and organizational ability.
Proactive, detail-oriented and responsible profile.
