About the role

  • Act in partnership with business leaders, understanding operations, objectives and challenges to provide strategic support in people management.
  • Support and guide managers in conducting 1:1 meetings, structured feedback, career planning and the creation/follow-up of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Lead and support performance review cycles.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes, collaborating on defining profiles, competencies and cultural fit.
  • Support hiring decisions together with leadership.
  • Lead and improve onboarding processes.
  • Develop and monitor people management metrics.
  • Support projects related to HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, employee engagement, succession planning, among others).
  • Perform behavioral profile analyses and support development actions.
  • Strengthen relationships with employees by promoting an environment of trust, active listening and open communication.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Joinville, SC (hybrid model, 3 days on-site).
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in technology companies.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment & Selection and Organizational Development.
  • Experience with performance appraisal, IDPs, structured feedback and onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships across different organizational levels.
  • Proactive, empathetic, organized and strategic mindset.
