About the role

  • Conduct research, interviews, and usability testing to understand users' needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Gather requirements and translate user and business insights into experience solutions.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that represent real product solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, UI Designers, and Development, connecting user experience to product decisions.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and feedback to continuously iterate on proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate design thinking, discovery, and co-creation sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in design reviews, user validations, and continuous adjustments to flows and prototypes.
  • Support product decisions when needed, with a user-centered perspective.

Requirements

  • Degree in Design, Cognitive Psychology, Human–Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in UX Design, with a portfolio of web and/or mobile projects.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems.
