About the role

Manage the full content lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring materials meet the training and development needs of various areas of the company.
Create and negotiate content with internal and external subject-matter experts, developing relevant and impactful materials for the LMS platform.
Plan and develop training content with a focus on continuous process improvement and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

Proven experience creating educational or training materials.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to develop partnerships and ensure the quality of produced content.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and educational content authoring tools.
