Build scalable data infrastructure
Transition AI use cases into production
Hands-on engineering (Python, SQL, PySpark, APIs)
Lead, coach and develop an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in Data Engineering and/or ML Engineering
Initial leadership or team lead experience
Proficient with Python, SQL, PySpark, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with orchestration (e.g., Airflow), CI/CD and ideally MLOps
Fluent German (C1+); strong English skills are a plus
