About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruiting & Selection (Quality focus): You are responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process – from defining roles through sourcing to final hiring decisions.
- People Enablement & Development (AI shift): You further develop onboarding and enablement so new employees become productive quickly.
- People Operations & Standards: You design and standardize people operations – from lean contract processes to orderly document management.
- Process Thinking & Automation Management (with tech support): You model and document processes so automation becomes possible.
- Culture & Team Experience (pragmatic and repeatable): You help ensure our values are effective in day-to-day work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong people foundation: You bring experience in recruiting, people ops and stakeholder management (scale-up/start-up/consulting experience is a plus).
- Process thinking: You can break down workflows, define standards and ensure operational quality.
- AI affinity (conceptual/user): You understand possibilities and limits, can identify use cases and formulate requirements precisely – without implementing everything yourself.
- Hands-on mentality: You are pragmatic and resilient when things get urgent – without getting lost long-term in admin work.
- Communication: You can provide structured support to the management team (clarity, decision papers) and support leaders effectively.
- Languages: Fluent German (C1+), good English is a plus.
