About the role

  • You lead AI/GenAI projects for multiple clients from discovery and scoping through production implementation and rollout.
  • Conceptualize and implement AI solutions — technology-agnostic and always aligned with the latest market developments.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, backlogs, milestones, and decision documents.
  • Manage stakeholders (from C-level to business units), facilitate workshops and alignment meetings.
  • Active risk management: data access, security/compliance, evaluation, dependencies, integration, adoption.
  • Set up and enforce delivery standards: definition of done, review/quality gates, documentation, lessons learned.
  • Close collaboration with a young, dynamic delivery team: prioritization, technical guidance, blocker removal, expectation management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience leading and/or implementing complex digital/data/AI projects (consulting experience preferred).
  • Foundational understanding of AI projects: LLM/GenAI, RAG, evaluation/quality, data access, integration, etc.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, suitable for C-level engagement.
  • Highly structured, strong ownership and a hands-on mindset ("doer, not just manager").
  • Fluent German (C1+), good English.
