About the role

  • You are the connecting link between the market, customers and the executive team.
  • You understand the strategic questions of our clients, guide them through initial idea and use-case discussions, and lay the foundation for sustainable collaboration.
  • As an experienced salesperson/consultant, you engage with C-level decision-makers on equal footing, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that identified needs become clear, actionable projects.
  • At the same time, you further develop our internal sales and growth structures.
  • You build scalable sales funnels, structure processes, and create transparency along the customer journey — with the goal of positioning sales at twomynds to be sustainable, efficient, and future-ready.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development or growth, ideally in consulting, AI or data environments.
  • Proven experience in complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic understanding of business models, data-driven decision making, and value-based argumentation.
  • Confident presence and excellent communication skills at C-level.
  • High level of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in building and shaping.
  • Excellent German skills (C1 or higher).
