About the role

  • Responsible for sales and customer development, building and advancing our sales strategy in complex, consultative sales processes.
  • Identifying, qualifying and developing leads — from the initial idea to concrete project and proposal structures.
  • Conducting conversations at C-level and top management and confidently positioning our Data & AI solutions.
  • Developing pitches, offer logics and solution narratives together with Consulting and Tech.
  • Actively shaping our portfolio and identifying new growth areas, industries and use cases.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Executive Management to sharpen our market positioning and visibility.
  • Monitoring market and competitors with a focus on strategic opportunities for twomynds.
  • Building, structuring and continuously improving a scalable sales funnel.
  • Establishing efficient sales processes, tools and KPIs to manage and make the pipeline transparent.
  • Actively contributing to the professionalization and scaling of our sales function as a strategic part of the company.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, Business Development or Growth, ideally in consulting, AI or data environments.
  • Proven experience in complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic understanding of business models, data-driven decision making and value-based argumentation.
  • Confident presence and excellent communication skills at C-level.
  • High degree of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for building and shaping.
  • Very good German language skills (C1 or higher).
