About the role
- Development of data & AI strategies: You analyze clients' data landscape and business models and develop tailored strategies and use cases to make optimal use of data and AI.
- Implementation of use cases: You design use cases and implement them in projects using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics in a sustainable and value-creating way.
- Development of AI automation use cases: You develop and implement AI-based automations using tools such as n8n, Make.com, and others to make business processes more efficient and scalable.
- Translating numbers into stories & decisions: You work with large datasets, conduct (exploratory) analyses, and build dashboards as well as data-driven recommendations and decision support for our clients.
Requirements
- Experience in Data Science & AI: You enjoy working with large datasets and solving data-related challenges to generate real value, and you have knowledge in Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Implementation competence: You can successfully implement Data & AI use cases in practice — from ideation to operational delivery. You know how to implement solutions pragmatically and goal-oriented to achieve measurable results.
- Strategic and commercial thinking: You understand business models and align your actions with long-term goals to create both operational and strategic value.
- Tool stack: You are proficient with tools and technologies such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Excel, n8n, APIs, etc., and can quickly get up to speed with new tools.
- Passion and ownership: You are passionate about data-driven solutions, eager to take responsibility, and continuously seek new challenges to grow.
- Languages: Fluent German (C1+); good English skills are a plus.
