About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end digital campaign workflow from brief review through setup, build, trafficking, QA, launch, monitoring, reporting, and close-out
  • Build, launch, maintain, and monitor campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Support campaign setup across Search, Performance Max, paid social, display, video, and other digital campaign formats
  • Translate campaign briefs into accurate structures, targeting, budgets, schedules, creative requirements, tracking setup, and platform execution
  • Complete detailed pre-launch QA checks for campaign settings, creative, copy, tracking, landing pages, naming conventions, budgets, dates, approvals, and delivery requirements
  • Support tracking and measurement setup, including pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Floodlight activity
  • Monitor live campaigns for delivery issues, pacing concerns, tracking errors, platform disapprovals, performance anomalies, and setup problems
  • Troubleshoot campaign, platform, tracking, and reporting issues, escalating and supporting timely resolution
  • Maintain campaign records, platform documentation, workflow updates, and status tracking in Monday.com or similar tools
  • Support campaign reporting by checking data accuracy, reviewing performance outputs, preparing insights, and assisting with client or internal reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely campaign delivery aligned with client objectives
  • Support post-campaign close-out, including final reporting checks, learnings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Perform other position-level duties as they arise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, paid media, campaign trafficking, or a similar digital advertising role
  • Hands-on experience building, launching, monitoring, and troubleshooting campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Understanding of campaign structures, platform settings, budgets, schedules, targeting, creative requirements, naming conventions, and QA processes
  • Experience managing Search, Performance Max, paid social, display, video, or similar campaign formats
  • Working knowledge of tracking, tagging, pixels, UTMs, conversion events, attribution, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Campaign QA skills covering platform, tracking, creative, budget, pacing, approval, and setup issues
  • Analytical skills for reviewing campaign data, identifying issues, checking reporting accuracy, and supporting performance insights
  • Experience with workflow or project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, workflows, platform requirements, and stakeholder requests simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accurate campaign execution, documentation, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining campaign quality standards
  • Media agency, digital agency, performance marketing, or high-volume campaign experience highly regarded
  • Google Marketing Platform experience highly regarded, including Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, or Floodlight
  • Offline conversion imports, Conversion API, server-side tracking, or advanced measurement setups advantageous
