About the role

  • Join a growing international construction-focused organization seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-quality digital and print materials that support marketing and project initiatives.
  • Working closely with marketing and project teams, you’ll develop visually compelling assets, including promotional collateral, website visuals, and presentation layouts for architectural and housing projects.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Design, maintain, and update the company website, including basic visual design and user interaction elements.
  • Create visual layouts and presentation designs for architectural floor plans, housing layouts, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to support branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and project-specific promotional designs.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Manage multiple design tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
  • Other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proven proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries is highly regarded.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
