About the role
- Process a high volume of electricity, gas, and LPG invoices in the company platform with precision and speed
- Respond to internal queries in a timely and professional manner to support seamless operations
- Maintain in-house systems and customer documentation, ensuring data accuracy and organization
- Take accountability for the quality and daily performance of all tasks, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure accurate bill entry and proactively resolve any errors in the data
- Submit daily reports on completed invoices to track progress and performance
- Identify and escalate issues to senior team members or managers for resolution when necessary
Requirements
- Professional qualification certification or equivalent experience in data entry or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in accounts payable or similar data entry roles is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to problem-solve efficiently
- Results and goal-oriented mindset
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Experience in the electricity, gas, and utilities industries is a plus
