About the role

  • Coordinate and perform voice acting for in-game characters, narration, or system dialogue
  • Translate and localize game content including UI and menus, tutorial dialogue and cinematic scripts, marketing and store-facing text
  • Adapt tone and phrasing to preserve competitive clarity, emotional impact, and worldbuilding
  • Collaborate closely with game design, narrative, and art teams to maintain consistency across languages
  • Help prioritize and roll out new languages strategically as the game scales
  • Provide feedback on how localization impacts onboarding, tutorial clarity, and player retention

Requirements

  • Experienced in voice acting, translation, or localization for games, media, or interactive products
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a fully remote team
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of tone, pacing, and clarity
  • Able to work independently while communicating progress clearly
  • Interested in competitive games and understands how precision in language affects gameplay, tutorials, and fairness
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Korean, French, Russian
